The Management of the Accelerated Development of Rural Territories

Abstract

The article reflects the main approaches on formation of the general system for managerial staff training and advanced training for local authorities and rural economy. It suggests new educational programmes for mastering technologies of public and corporate management taking into account local specifics. The programmes conform to the highest requirements in concern of such administrative staff training quality. Research results state the necessity of regional policy updating and activation in concern of food safety and sustainable rural development. The article suggests measures of rural economics and agribusiness state regulation for supplying regional population with provision in accordance with the nutrition standards and increasing if rural people life quality.
