Abstract

The paper offers the most up-to-date information on development of mediation in various spheres in Ukraine, including regulation of mediation clauses, mediation procedures, mediator accreditation, mediation providing bodies, mediator fee, mediated settlements, etc. It summarises most important mediation initiatives and outlines current mediation-related legislation and draft mediation laws.
