Abstract

Russian Abstract: В данной статье предпринята попытка выявить факторы кризиса профессиональной идентичности в условиях рынка. Дана характеристика профессиональной идентичности, определены типичные условия взаимодействия профессионалов с клиентами. На основе анализа возможных причин недовольства клиентов выявлены различия в оценке профессионального обслуживания со стороны самого профессионала и клиента. Рассмотрено изменение влияния профессионального сообщества на формирование профессиональной идентичности.

English Abstract: This article attempts to identify the factors of the crisis of professional identity in the conditions of the market. The characteristics of professional identity is given, typical conditions of interaction of professionals with clients are defined. On the basis of the analysis of the possible reasons of dissatisfaction of clients the article reveals differences in evaluation of professional services from a professional and a client. Shift in influence of professional community on formation of professional identity is considered.
