Abstract
The emerging green economy holds the potential to transform our economy and environment towards much-needed stability and sustainability. This toolkit provides a framework for explicitly addressing race, gender and economic equity in initiatives involving green-collar jobs. Because institutions at all levels routinely replicate inequities, advancing equity requires commitment, conscious attention, and concrete steps.
Keywords: green jobs, racial justice, equity
