Abstract

Romanian Abstract:Diseminarea cunoaşterii reprezintă un vector important al creşterii economice. Prin urmare, cunoaşterea bunelor practici la nivel internaţional în domeniul managementului d e proiect duce la îmbunătăţirea activităţii factorilor de decizie din ţara noastră, atât la nivelul instituţiilor publice, cât şi în sectorul privat. În mare măsură, educaţia capitalului uman naţional este foarte importantă în misiunea ei de a crea specialişti capabili să preia cunoaşterea şi experienţa altora în managementul de proiect şi să o adapteze la condiţiile specifice locale. Din această perspectivă, lucrarea noastră îşi propune să identifice elementele culturale româneşti compatibile cu cele ale ţărilor dezvoltate economic, cu experienţă în utilizarea tehnicilor managementului de proiect şi să stabilească puterea economică cea mai apropiată cultural de România. Vom în analiza noastră literatura de specialitate, îndeosebi studiile lui Geert Hofstede, un expert în materie.

English Abstract: Knowledge dissemination represents an important driver of economic growth. Therefore, knowing the best practice of project management around the world improves the performances of our leaders at both public and private level. To a great extent, the education of national human capital is very important in its mission to develop specialists capable of assimilate the international knowledge and experience in project management and to adapt it to local conditions. From this perspective, our paper aims at identifying the Romanian cultural characteristics which are compatible with the ones of the analyzed developed countries, experienced in using the techniques of project management and at finding the economic power which is closer to our country from a cultural standpoint.
