Abstract

In this book a model of ethical leadership is presented. The model consists of 6 principles and helps to assess and develop the integrity of managers. The three principles of the moral person are: authenticity, reliable, and constructive. The three principles of the moral manager are: the gentle hand, the protective hand, and the firm hand.
