Abstract

The study determines key tasks of HR management and conducts analysis of key aspects of social accountability.

Methods: Key methods of research are methods of comparison and correlation, analogy method.

Results: Key advantages of risk management in educational institutions are analyzed. Analysis of risk management system is conducted.

Conclusion: The conclusion contains general findings and recommendations.
