An analysis on whether there is a need or a suitable environment for a mulilateral competition law policy. Considers the failings of international bodies, including the WTO, ICN, OECD, and UNCTAD, to introduce an international competition policy. Has specific reference to the WTO's suitability in establishing such a policy.
