Limits to Climate Change
Henry Tulkens Catholic University of Louvain - Center for Operations Research and Econometrics (CORE) Parkash Chander National University of Singapore (NUS) - Department of Economics June 2001 CLIMNEG/CLIMBEL Working Paper No. 42; FEEM Working Paper No. 42.2001 Abstract: The paper proves the existence and uniqueness of a noncooperative steady state in the context of a model of climate change. It also explores the possibility of cooperation and attainment of an optimal steady state. It is shown that the problem is similar to that in the static model (Chander and Tulkens (1997)).
