Russian Abstract: В статье рассматривается понятие коррупции, определяется возможность управления коррупционными рисками. Автором рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с формированием высокого уровня компетентности государственных служащих в идентификации коррупционных факторов и коррупционных рисков.
