The report looks at the career of Roy H. Bahl Jr., dean, Andrew Young School and professor of economics and public administration at Georgia State University. They were prepared for the occasion of Bahl's being awarded the Daniel M. Holland Medal at the National Tax Association meeting in Miami, Fla., November 17.
