Integration in ERP Environments: Rhetoric, Realities and Organisational PossibilitiesBen LightUniversity of Salford Erica WagnerCornell University - School of Hotel Administration New Technology, Work and Employment, Vol. 21, No. 3, pp. 215-228, November 2006 Abstract: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages are said to enable integration when the standard inscription is adhered to through software configuration.
