Becky L. Jacobs University of Tennessee College of Law University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, Vol. 36, p. 167, 2005 Abstract: This short article tracks Brazil's emergence as a central force in the mobilization of the "G20 Plus," a block of developing nations committed to global agricultural trade reform.
