The book provides the theoretical provisions on inheritance law in accordance with Part III of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and civil law science trends. It contains a lot of cases and judicial decisions, which are necessary for the proper understanding of Russian inheritance law and the acquisition of practical skills to settle appropriate legal disputes in Russia.
