Romanian Abstract: În tratarea acestei probleme extrem de sensibile a unui proces penal în care toate organismele investite în mod legal sunt chemate să clarifice cauza în toate aspectele sale, în substanța dreptului, găsirea adevărului rămâne problema centrală a întregii activități judiciare.

English Abstract: In dealing with this extremely sensitive issue of a criminal trial in which all the legally invested bodies are called upon to clarify the cause in all its aspects, in the substance of law, finding the truth remains the central-objective problem of all the judicial activity.
