Abstract

Higher generation of mobile communication system required a very high bandwidth and it can be possible by using efficient modulation technique known as Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) .It has various applications in the field of wireless and wired application. Modeling of OFDM system has been done by using real data audio signal as an input for different fading channels. In this paper the modeling of OFDM technique is done using Rician fading channel .BER is computed for OFDM system using different values of SNR .The modeling of OFDM is done using MATLAB 8.1 simulink tool.
