Abstract
The present investigation has focus on the variations in transversely isotropic thick circular plate with ring load. The thick circular plate with ring load is homogeneous with & without energy dissipation and with two temperatures. The Hankel and Laplace transform has been used for finding the general solution to the field equations. The analytical expressions of stress, conductive temperature and displacement components are computed in transformed domain. Numerical inversion techniques have been applied to obtain the solution in physical domain. Comparisons are made with the results predicted by Green Nagdhi (GN) theory of Type I, Type II and Type III in the presence of two temperatures. The effects of GN- I, GN- II and G–N III have been depicted graphically. Some particular cases are also figured out from the present investigation.
