Abstract

A wide range of applications uses the Wireless Sensor technology. In which sink node plays a significant role in the processing of data. In the different categories of WSN two varieties of sink node are utilized i.e. static sink node and mobile sink node. This research paper mainly focus on the performance evaluation of mobile sink node using metaheuristic optimization techniques e.g. Ant colony optimization, Antlion Optimization, Grey wolf optimization, Cuckoo search on the basis of following quality of services parameters total packet received, total packet dropped, packet delivery ratio, throughput, average end to end delay and energy consumed. Simulation results and analysis of data explored that GWO gives better results as compare to other techniques.
