Abstract
Any company needs to improve IT agility and efficiency to help drive aggressive business growth and reduce costs. Insurmountable hurdles are as follow:
An inefficient and aging IT infrastructure and a subsequent spiralling spend in data centre operations.
Infrastructure model is based on a technology-oriented approach, as opposed to a more agile and scalable service-oriented model.
Enterprise wide Cloud Adoption is a strategic decision rather than a tactical or an operational decision. This paper proposes Roadmap for Enterprise Cloud Strategy.
