Abstract

Russian Abstract: Основная цель исследования, результаты которого представлены в данной работе, – выявить региональные и структурные особенности политики поддержки высоких технологий в России. Проанализирована база данных о финансировании инновационных проектов основными федеральными институтами развития и ведомствами, также систематизированы основные практики поддержки высоких технологий в регионах России. Сформулированы рекомендации по созданию стимулов для развития высоких технологий.

English Abstract: The main objective of the study, the results of which are presented in this paper, is to identify the regional and structural features of the high-tech support policy in Russia. The database on the financing of innovative projects by the main federal development institutions and departments was analyzed, and the main practices of high-tech support in the regions of Russia were systematized. The paper formulates recommendations for creating incentives for the development of high technologies.
