Italian Abstract: I soggetti e la sovranità nel diritto internazionale moderno e il loro confronto con la famosa Battaglia di Qadesh del 1275 a.C., il cui risultato è rimasto ambiguo, ma che attesta della esistenza di un Ordinamento Internazioale molto simile a quello contemporaneo.

English Abstract: Subjects, States, Empires, sovereignty in modern International Law in respect of the famous Qadesh Battle (1275 B.C.) whose ambivalent results do anyway confirm the existence of an International Legal Order almost identical to the contemporary one.
