Abstract

The pressure in the academic and social learning or that occur in the United States showed a high condition, that students feel stress. Stress management and intervention can help students improve resistance to test the feasibility (registration, participation and acceptance) and the potential effectiveness (perceived changes are: stress, anxiety, self-esteem) of the relaxation response (RR). Based curriculum is integrated into the daily life of school learning for high school students. Its curriculum included are: instruction diktatik, relaxation training, positive psychology and cognitive restructurisation. The intervention group showed significant improvement in the major direction of perceived levels of stress, anxiety, andhealth promoting behaviorswhen compared to waiting list control group. Interventions that appear most useful for women in the intervention group. The results showed that the modification can increase the feasibility of using a potentially effective intervention in school - high school.
