Abstract

Spanish Abstract: En el desarrollo y la aplicación del Supply Chain Management de las empresas de marroquinería pertenecientes a Corpo 7, se parte de entender el comportamiento y capacidades de los integrantes de la red, la cual está conformada desde el ganadero hasta el usuario final. En el desarrollo de la investigación se presenta cual ha sido la evolución del Supply Chain Management para llegar a definir qué tipo de red de valor se ajusta más a este tipo de empresas, teniendo en cuenta los factores de integración y negociación entre los integrantes de la red para, posteriormente, llegar al desarrollo de la red de valor a través del modelo Scor.

English Abstract: In the development and application of the Supply Chain Management of the leather goods companies belonging to Corpo 7, we start to understand the behavior and capabilities of the members of the Network, which are made up of the farmer and the end user. In the development of the research is presented what has been the evolution of Supply Chain Management, to get to define what type of Value Network is best suited to this type of companies taking into account the factors of integration and negotiation between the members of the Network, to subsequently reach the development of the Value Network through the Scor model.
