Russian Abstract: Проводится анализ правового значения презумпции невиновности. Исследуется связь данного принципа с другими принципами права. Особое внимание уделяется анализу влияния презумпции невиновности на доказательственный процесс и процесс правосудия в целом. Рассматривается значение презумпции невиновности, как основополагающего принципа отправления правосудия в современной правовой системе.

English Abstract: The legal significance of the presumption of innocence is analyzed. The connection of this principle with other principles of law is determined. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the presumption of innocence on the evidentiary process and the justice process as a whole. The importance of the presumption of innocence as a fundamental principle of the administration of justice in the modern legal system is considered.
