Abstract
This paper is interested to introduce a new macroeconomic indicator that is called “Income Per- Capita Formation Desgrowth Rate (-ξ-Rate).” Basically, the -ξ-Rate calculation is based on the final result from the income per-capita formation desgrowth discount rate (Ð-Rate) respectively. In fact, the Ð-Rate calculation involves the evaluation of sixteen different controlled and non-controlled events (or variables) simultaneously. Finally, the main objective of the -ξ-Rate is to monitoring the income per-capita formation performance, at the same time, all possible leakages in each controlled and non-controlled events (or variables) annually.
