Spanish Abstract:En esta monografía se analiza la actitud de los gestores de patrimonios de IIC en el mercado financiero español frente a los diferentes aspectos que se recogen bajo el paraguas de la Inversión Socialmente Responsable y la Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa, utilizando como base metodológica la regresión logística, con el objetivo de analizar cómo valoran las instituciones gestoras españolas, la aplicación de políticas de Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa en los procesos de gestión y toma de decisiones, y como perciben la evolución y desarrollo de la Inversión Socialmente Responsable en nuestro país.

English Abstract: An examination of the legal framework ushered in by Royal Decree 362/2007 of 16 March, amending collective investment scheme provisions in relation to hedge funds and funds of hedge funds, which the author compares point-by-point with the preceding legislation.This paper sounds CIS managers operating in the Spanish financial market for their attitudes to the issues raised by Socially Responsible Investment and Corporate Social Responsibility. Using the logistical regression method, it explores how Spanish investment management companies view the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility policies in management and decision-making processes and what directions they see for Socially Responsible Investment.
