Abstract

The role of artificial intelligence (AI) with the future of marketing in this article were to study about digital marketing trends, the role between artificial intelligence and digital marketing, seeing results that use artificial intelligence in digital marketing, and the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on digital marketing. They showed that AI continues to advance. Marketers in digital marketing have the opportunity to understand and build relationships with their own customers at a higher level which will help them improve access to personal information until becoming more skilled in developing the shopping experience according to the needs of customers. The information received from AI should be used in the correct way, clearly identifying and knowing what content the customer wants to receive from the brand which will be a positive impact to make life better.
