Slučaj Mustafe Busuladžića – sa povijesne margine ka politikantskom centru (The Example of Mustafa Busuladzic – From the Marginal Historical Person to the Political Center)

Abstract

Bosnian Abstract: Na primjeru Mustafe Busuladžića i imenovanja škole po njegovom imenu, u radu se pokazuje kako jedna historiografska institucija u Bosni i Hercegovini upotrijebljena kao pokriće za političke odluke koje donosi vladajuća struktura u Kantonu Sarajevu. Iako je u historijskom smislu Mustafa Busuladžić bio marginalna politička ličnost te je kao takav i ostao na povijesnog margini sve do najnovijih vremena, zbog činjenice da ga je sud u Sarajevu 1945. osudio na smrt, od njega se pravi komunističkog mučenika, te se vrijednost njegovog djela se preuvečava do razine da ga se pokušava okarakterizirati „jednim od najvećih bošnjačkih intelektualaca“. Autor zastupa tezu da se Mustafa Busuladžić, iako historijski marginalac, iz političkih razloga pokušava instalirati u centar bošnjačke povijesti.

English Abstract: Through the example of Mustafa Busuladžić and discussions that arose following the naming of a school in Sarajevo after him, this paper shows how a historiographical institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina was used as a cover for political decisions about by the ruling structure in the Sarajevo Canton. Although Mustafa Busuladžić was historically a marginal political persona, and had remained at the margin of history until the newer period, owing to the fact that he was sentenced to death in Sarajevo in 1945 whereupon he had been made a martyr of communism; the value of his opus has been overrated to an extent that there have been attempts at characterising him as “one of the most prominent Bosniak intellectuals”. The author proposes that there have been attempts to install Mustafa Busuladžić, a marginal historical character, at the very centre of the Bosniak history for political reasons. To present argument for his claims, the author uses texts published in the press and periodicals, as well as several books to show the stream of the contemporary BiH discussions on Mustafa Busuladžić, as well as abundant information available on the internet, serving not only as a source of information for the reconstruction of the discussions, but also as an argument concerning the intensity of those discussions.
