Abstract

Russian Abstract: Необходимость переодеваться в спецодежду — такое оправдание приводят работники, когда опаздывают к началу рабочей смены. Суды неоднозначно относятся к тому, включается ли время переодевания в рабочее время и считать ли нахождение работника в раздевалке присутствием на рабочем месте. На примерах из судебной практики мы подготовили рекомендации работодателю, как избежать споров с сотрудниками.

English Abstract: The need to dress up in workwear - this is the justification for workers when they are late for the beginning of the work shift. Courts ambiguously relate to whether changing time during work hours is included and whether the employee is considered to be in the locker room as a presence in the workplace. Using examples from court practice, we prepared recommendations for the employer on how to avoid disputes with employees.
