Russian Abstract: Работа посвящена осмыслению ценностных оснований российской правовой системы. Исследованы конкурирующие системы ценностей и определен характер их влияния на направление правовой политики, правотворческую и правоприменительную деятельность.
English Abstract: The work is devoted to understanding the value bases of the Russian legal system. The work investigates the competing value systems and determines the nature of their influence on the direction of legal policy, lawmaking and law enforcement activity.
