Abstract

Indonesian Abstract: Secara ekonomi berbasis sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan, bangsa ini memiliki potensi yang tidak kalah mentereng dan menyilaukan nilainya. Ada tujuh spektrum ekonomi yang berpotensi memberikan kontribusi sektor maritim terhadap PDB nasional Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia dan memiliki potensi kelautan yang besar dan sangat dibutuhkan bagi upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyatnya melalui pengembangan bisnis kelautan berbasis tujuh spektrum ekonomi kelautan. Ketujuh spektrum ekonomi kelautan itu diantaranya adalah perikanan, pariwisata bahari, transportasi laut, esdm lepas pantai, industri kelautan, bangunan kelautan dan jasa kelautan. Potensi nilai ekonomi kelautan ini diperkirakan dapat mencapai minimal sebesar 8,22 trilyun dollar per tahun. Potensi besar ini harus dikelola dan dimanfaatkan secara holistik, ter-integrasi, ber-tematik, serta didistribusikan secara spasial proporsional melalui proses perencanaan pembangunan terpadu, didukung perencanaan ruang harmonis, dan implementasi pembangunannya yang berkelanjutan dan dapat berjalan dalam harmoni untuk mewujudkan Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan yang mandiri, maju, kuat dan berbasiskan kepentingan nasional.

English Abstract: Economically based on natural resources and the environment, this nation has the potential that is no less flashy and dazzling in value. There are seven economic spectrums that have the potential to contribute to the maritime sector on national GDP. Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world and has a large marine potential and is needed for efforts to improve the welfare of its people through the development of marine businesses based on seven marine economic spectrums. The seven spectrums of marine economics include fisheries, marine tourism, marine transportation, offshore ESDM, the marine industry, marine buildings and marine services. The potential value of the marine economy is estimated to reach a minimum of 8.22 trillion dollars per year. This great potential must be managed and utilized holistically, integrated, thematically, and distributed spatially proportionally through an integrated development planning process, supported by harmonious space planning, and the implementation of sustainable development and can run in harmony to realize Indonesia as an archipelagic nation that independent, advanced, strong and based on national interests.
