Abstract


In order to encourage greater understanding and teaching of the Safe Drinking Water Act, I have written a user-friendly stand alone casebook chapter, posted on SSRN as "The Past, Present and Future of the Safe Drinking Water Act." To aid teachers using the primer in the classroom, the Teacher's Manual describes how to teach the main features of the law and provides answers to the eight questions posed at the end of the primer. This version was updated in 2022.
