Date Written: January 23, 2023
Abstract
Because of its dynamic nature, entrepreneurship has always been discussed. It's a multifaceted talent. Previously, it was a male-only pastime. It's been said that entrepreneurs are born, not formed, and that males are natural businessmen while women are homemakers. Women weren't breadwinners. Urbanization is altering the picture, yet rural regions remain far off. Rural women are overcoming the restraints that have kept them at home, but it's still early. More rural women are starting businesses. With this in mind, researchers wanted to know what pushes a rural woman to become an entrepreneur: an inner desire or a compelling scenario. Semi-urban revenue circles in Rajkot district were studied. 150 women entrepreneurs were surveyed on their motivations and the influence of family. According to study, pushing factors effect them more. They shouldn't forget that family members help with business.Because of its dynamic nature, entrepreneurship has always been discussed.
