Abstract

The combination of already available technologies would allow for the adoption of a tool similar to ChatGPT for the government. By combining access to open data, artificial intelligence, and smart contracts, it would be possible to establish a chatbot that would enable access to both public information and utilities provided by government entities. The access to public information would be rendered effective, meeting the requirements of both the Access to Information Law (Law 12.527/2011) and the Digital Government Law (Law 14.129/2021)
