Abstract

This research paper explores the critical influence of work-life balance on job satisfaction and employee performance. In today's dynamic and fast-paced work environment, achieving an optimal balance between professional responsibilities and personal life has become a significant determinant of employee well-being and organizational success. The study investigates how work-life balance impacts job satisfaction and, consequently, employee performance. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this paper examines various factors contributing to work-life balance, such as flexible work arrangements, organizational support, and individual coping strategies.

The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with employees across diverse industries.
