Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being integrated into Web OPAC systems for university libraries, which is a major advancement in digital library management. This paper explains how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies including chatbot machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP), improve accessibility features like voice search and deliver individualized search results and automatic cataloguing. Predictive analytics powered by AI also helps with effective collection management and sophisticated mistake correction techniques guarantee the accuracy of search queries. The results indicate that the integration of AI in Web OPAC systems improves user satisfaction and engagement while also streamlining library operations.
