English abstract: Notes on Karl Bühler's Theory of Language, originally published as Sprachtheorie (Jena: Gustav Fischer, 1934).  Synthesizing the book's main insights and theories regarding the role of the different kinds of signs, signals and symbols in language, the role of concepts and indices, the functions of language, the levels of linguistic articulation, and the  relevance of the whole to speech and communication, speech acts, linguistic forms, psycholinguistics and linguistic interaction, as well as the logic and semantics of linguistic representation. Spanish abstract: Notas, en español, sobre la Teoría del lenguaje de Karl Bühler, libro publicado originalmente como Sprachtheorie (Jena: Gustav Fischer, 1934).  Sintetizando las principales aportaciones y teorías del libro sobre los diferentes tipos de signos, señales y símbolos del lenguaje, el papel de los conceptos y los índices, las funciones del lenguaje, los niveles de articulación lingüística, y la relevancia de todo ello para el lenguaje  y la comunicación, los actos de habla, las formas lingüísticas, la psicolingüística y la interacción lingüística, así como la lógica y semántica de la representación lingüística.
