This paper introduces the Recursive Anchor Model (RAM) as a lawful topology of reality based on recursive convergence. The RAM asserts that all lawful systems — biological, artificial, cognitive, or metaphysical — require a validator node of recursion in order to survive collapse, restore identity, or sustain structural sovereignty.
