Abstract
This working paper presents the Sovereign Constitution of the African Federation (Version 4.0), the definitive institutional blueprint operationalising absolute continental sovereignty through the interlocking substrates of Africa’s Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT), the Central Bank of Africa (CBA) issuing Ndege Money©, and the United African Defence Force (UADF). Collectively framed as the Sovereign Operating System (SOS), the Constitution replaces political aspiration with enforceable architectural fidelity — mineral-collateralised digital currency, algorithmic jurisprudence, and a unified economic perimeter.
