Abstract
After a long period of silence about reorganization law, the United States Supreme Court’s Jevic opinion offered the opportunity for clarification and updating. Instead, Jevic offers a narrow holding against structured dismissals but has potent undercurrents about first-day orders, fees, and settlements.
