Abstract
This paper is an attempt to make understood the term “legal status” of any thing. The methodology is by using the interrogatives What, When, Where, Why, Who, Whom, and How. The approach is scientific and verifiable by universally accepted standards. The objective is to remove ambiguity and bring in clarity. The aim is to save and respect the human rights and to maintain dignity. The reason is that rule of law is the soul of administration of justice which is behind all peace and order in human societies.
