Abstract
French Abstract: L’évolution des territoires français se trouve particulièrement concernée au XXIe siècle par trois enjeux : le développement durable, la décentralisation, et la mondialisation. Cette analyse consiste à décrypter la nature de ces enjeux pour les territoires afin de définir les axes essentiels d’une politique d’aménagement du territoire au service du bien commun.
English Abstract: The evolution of French territories is particularly concerned in the 21st century by three issues: sustainable development, decentralisation and globalisation. This analysis consists in deciphering the nature of these issues for the territories in order to define the main lines of a spatial planning policy serving the common good.
