Abstract

There are some major healthcare related issues are still exist such as poor sanitation, malnutrition, cardiac related, high infant mortality, poor female health etc. in India. Today, these issues can be resolve easily with proper utilization technology and adoption of suitable healthcare system which provides equalities to deliver appropriate services in time. Even though most of the countries have very less number of doctors as per their population. Recent doctor and population ratio is 0.62:1000 in India, as per the recent survey of Union Ministry of India (UMI). Hence, it is essential to build up a hi-tech structural paradigm to fight with unavailability of doctors and to deliver appropriate healthcare services in time which is completely based on latest technological trends like Internet of Thing (IoT), Machine to- Machine (M2M) Communication and Clouding computing etc. However many initiatives and model have been taken to serve healthcare facilities and set up a consistent connection from remote places but expected outcomes still not achieved due to inappropriate supervision and also some major factors. This research paper will explore basic concept, architecture, benefits and applications of IoT and how can IoT support healthcare system for betterment and deliverance of healthcare services in appropriate manner and within time.
