Abstract

English abstract: Since the 2015 Paris Conference on Climate Change (Cop 21), biodiversity has entered the political agenda. In the debates on this issue, some seem to consider that it would suffice to remove any human habitat and any presence of population on territories in order for them to improve their biodiversity. Does geographical science confirm or invalidate this idea?
