Abstract
Dr. Zain Al Abdin Sharar compares admissibility of witness evidence under Qatar’s Civil and Commercial Procedure Law to the Qatar International Court Regulations and Procedural Rules. The Civil and Commercial Procedure Law is influenced by the old French Code of Civil Procedure of 1975. On the other hand, the Qatar International Court Regulations and Procedural Rules draw their inspiration from the Commercial Courts Guide for England and Wales.
