Abstract
This paper attempts to highlight that power of judicial review is not limited to superior constitutional courts in Pakistan. Civil Courts have effective power of judicial review of administrative and legislative actions/acts. Acquaintance with this power can give poor litigants a cost effective remedy at local level. Nature of the power and grounds of action for judicial review before civil courts are stated.
