Russian abstract: В статье рассматриваются вопросы создания на Ближнем Востоке Зоны, свободной от ОМУ и оцениваются результаты Нью-Йоркской конференции, состоявшейся в ноябре 2019 года. Автор анализирует текущее положение дел и сохраняющиеся противоречия между сторонами. Особое внимание уделяется позиции России в контексте ее интересов в Ближневосточном регионе.
English abstract: The article considers the issues of the establishment of the WMD-free zone in the Middle East, evaluates the results of the New York Conference held in November 2019. The author analyzes the current state of the issue and the continuing contradictions between the parties. Special attention is paid to the position of Russia in the context of its interests in the Middle East region.
