Arabic Abstract: يتناول هذا المقال المسؤولية الجزائية التي تفرض على المريض المصاب بفايروس كورونا عندما ينقل العدوى إلى غيره من الأفراد، والتي تختلف حسب النتيجة الحاصلة وكذلك إرادة وعلم هذا المريض، وفقاً للقانون الساري في أراضي الضفة الغربية.
English Abstract: This article focuses on the criminal responsibility that is imposed on a patient with coronavirus when transmitting the infection to others. Which depends on the effects, as well as the intention and knowledge of this patient, according to the criminal law in the West Bank.
