Abstract
In modern conditions scientific and technological development is becoming the main mean of achievement of economic leadership, the important tool in competitive activity, and it brings considerable commercial success. High technological level of the national economy and the system of effective use of intellectual resource is a modern mechanism of promoting high technology products to the world market. Technopark structure is an important element of the modern economy. Firstly, technological park is considered as a special kind of free economic zone, on this territory the development of innovative products is in progress, also new skilled workers and technology development zones are formed. From this side technological park is in accordance with the basic processes occurring in the world economy. Secondly, technological park is a form of support of small enterprise, its development allows to reach a new level of social reproduction.
