ЗНАЧЕННЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ РОЗВИТКУ УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ ТА КРИТЕРІЇ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЇЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ (Signification of the University Development Strategies and Evaluation Criteria of the Effectiveness)

Abstract

Ukrainian Abstract: У статті розкривається значення стратегії розвитку університету, а також визначаються критерії оцінюванняїї ефективності. Адже проблема розроблення ефективної стратегії розвитку університету та питання її оцінюваннязаймають важливе місце в системі управлінні навчальним закладом. Метою статті є обґрунтування значення стратегії розвитку університету та критеріїв оцінювання її ефективності. Автор розкриває значення стратегії розвитку університету якінструменту, що надає можливість спрогнозувати майбутнє університету з точки зору потреб суспільства, а також з урахуванням можливих змін у зовнішньому середовищі.Акцентується увага на необхідності оцінюванніефективності стратегії розвитку університету за певними критеріями, які відображають систему ознак загальноприйнятих стратегій у світовій практиці управління вищими навчальними закладами. Аналізуються основні риси стратегій розвитку різних університетів, з метою виявлення їх особливостей.Методологічними засадами дослідження єтеорія пізнання, теорія стратегічного менеджменту, теорія управління навчальними закладами,аналізлітератури, а також аналіз сайтів різних університетів.Висновки. Отжерозуміння значення стратегії розвитку університету та критеріїв оцінювання її ефективності дозволить значно підвищити конкурентоспроможність університету в сучасних умовах.

English Abstract: This article discloses the signification of the University's development strategy and evaluation criteria of the efficiency. The problem of the elaboration of the University's development strategy occupies an important place in the system of the university management. The author reveals the positive impact of the elaboration of the University's development strategy as a way of the interaction university with external environment.

The attention that of the University's development strategy in the management practice should be orientate to the needs of customers of educational services.The basic features of the University's development strategy are: a key of the prognostication the future of the university in terms of the needs of the society; a model of conduct of the university in the educational market under current conditions, assuming that the external environment will change; a position of the university on the educational market among its concurrent.

The article notes that the University's development strategy can be evaluated by criteria of the evaluation of its efficiency, which describes system features of the general strategies in the world practice of management universities.Methodological principles of the research is the theory of knowledge, theory of strategic management, theory of management schools, literature analysis, and analysis of websites of various universities.An example the evaluation of the University's development strategy is an important factor in management practices,it increases the willingness of universities to adequately respond to unforeseen changes and promotes reasonable and agreed solution of strategic problems.

As follows the understanding of the importance of the University's development strategy and its evaluation criteria will significantly improve the competitiveness of the university in modern conditions.
